Hospede was created to optimize guest’s experience at the check out in a hotel. This app is meant to alleviate the pain of having to check all the receipts of what guests consumed in their stay and make the final payment at the front desk. If the hotel is full you there will be a line turning the experience long and non-practical.

Having to check all the orders before checking out a hotel.
2. The solution
An app to order and pay all consumption in a hotel, making it easier the check out, and also allowing self check-out.
3. The process
The beginning
I was hired after the first tests with the app, to redesign the user journey and to think about a better interface. As we had a tight deadline to launch, a UI Designer Gabriela Bernardes helped me translating my draws to Hi-fi wireframes, in order to get me focused on the journey.
User flow
First of all, I created the flow they were using it to have a big picture of the app and the journeys. After analyzing what they had and what they did I made some changes and create a second version of the user flow.
How was the second version.
After that, we thought about the staff app, based on the client version.
Sketch wireframes
As mentioned before, I did the wireframes on paper, to make it easier and faster, due to the deadline, and the UI Designer worked at the Hi-fi version at Figma.
Hi-fi wireframes
After the lo-fi wireframes we gave it form, colors and style, to become more realistic. This is the customer app.
And this is the staff app.
Last but not least, I created the sales dashboard for the hotel staff with the Hi-Fi version at Figma.
